Charles Leftwich

Mr. Leftwich currently handles all consumer bankruptcy cases as well as the firm's civil judgment collection work. He has over ten years experience in business formation, bankruptcy, real property, contract law and estate planning, having previous worked with Phillips & Associates and attorney Andrew M. Ellis before starting his own firm. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Leftwich is also a 10 year Colleague-Legal Advisor with Witnauer Sloan & Associates (financial services industry).
